Digital Graphics
and Prototype Development
Representing the most versatile form of printing, digital printing has revolutionizedthe
graphics industry by introducing short-run multivariable information that can
be altered from label to label. QSX Labels has the processes and knowledge to
produce computer generated on-demand graphics in any shape, on any material,
and with any color configuration without the need of expensive printing plates
and tooling. Digital printed products, both large and small format (see table
below), are often produced with substantially lower unit and preparation costs
than conventional printing methods.

Digitally produced contour
cut labels and decals are durable, abrasion resistant, and U.V. stable. Now each
graphic can contain individualized, specific-variable information that changes
from label to label resulting in new opportunities for previously underutilized
niche markets. Ideas and concepts come to life through a collage of exquisite
colors, shapes and special effects.
Digital graphics ar e
also ideal for prototype development. Modifications to size, shape, colors, materials
and laminates can be easily implemented to instantly yield the desired result.
Furthermore, a digitally produced prototype can easily be converted to a successful
conventionally printed production run. Digitally produced prototypes are best
suited for high-resolution four-color process images andother graphics that require
font & height specific consecutive numbering,
internal cut-outs, LED/LCD windows, specific-variable information, and intricate
contour cuts.
