Payment Terms
Visa, MasterCard or American Express, C.O.D. or Prepaid.   Terms for credit approved accounts are net 30 days from the date of invoice.

Credit Applications
Credit Applications are mailed or faxed with first order acknowledgements. Three (3) trade references and a bank reference are required.

Tax Exempt Certificates
Quik Stik Label Company is required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to keep a copy of your tax exempt certificate on file, otherwise we must charge the applicable sales tax. A hard copy of this certificate is required — a verbal tax exemption number without the certificate is not sufficient.

Deposits
Quik Stik Label Company requires a 50% deposit on all orders requiring the ordering of special tools and/or materials.

Freight
F.O.B. Everett, Massachusetts.

Rush Orders
Rush orders requiring immediate delivery are available for a nominal fee.

Liability
Quik Stik-Xygraphix' products are sold with the understanding that the buyers will test them in actual use and determine for themselves their adaptability to their intended uses. Quik Stik-Xygraphix warrants to the buyers that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship but limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the product. This warranty does not extend to any persons obtaining the product from the buyers.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

It is expressly understood and agreed that the liability of Quik Stik-Xygraphix for a defective product is strictly limited to the replacement of that product only. There are no other warranties, written or oral, statutory, expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Quik Stik-Xygraphix be liable for loss, damage, expense or consequential damages of any kind resulting from a defective product.
